Scott Gregory

President

Scott Gregory, President, brings to every assignment a high level of energy and a sincere desire to resolve complex land use and environmental issues. Scott is especially adept at managing large consulting teams and working under rigorous time schedules. He is also skilled in preparing environmental documents that communicate well to technical audiences as well as public decision-makers and the community. Scott has written complex CEQA documents, has participated in numerous comprehensive General Plan and Specific Plan programs, and has managed important projects through the entitlement process. Scott’s philosophical approach is to identify ways to achieve the project sponsor’s economic goals while protecting and enhancing important environmental assets. Scott has an Masters in Regional Planning and Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts and a BA from the University of Colorado.
